Boyles take control of CV Travel - 08-Jul-04.: "Former Direct Holidays boss John Boyle and his brother Hugh have taken a controlling interest in up-market villa specialist CV Travel.
Terms of the deal for London-based CV Travel have not been disclosed. AITO member CV Travel has a �10 million annual turnover with an average holiday selling price of �1,000 per person.
The Boyles, owners of low cost Canadian carrier Zoom Airlines and Glasgow-based Go Direct Travel, pledged to maintain CV's 'independence and high standards of personal service and attention to detail'."
