IAC/InterActiveCorp Formerly known as InterActiveCorp. The Group's principal activities are carried out through two divisions: the Interactive group and the Entertainment group. The Interactive group consists of Home Shopping Network (including HSN International and HSN.com); Ticketmaster, which operates Ticketmaster; Hotel Reservations Network; Electronic Commerce Solutions; Precision Response Corp and Expedia Inc. The Entertainment group consists of USA Cable, including USA Network and Sci Fi Channel and Emerging Networks TRIO and Crime; Studios USA, which produces and distributes television programming and USA Films, which produces and distributes films. Shares of ValueClick, InterActiveCorp plunge: "InterActiveCorp posted a sequential decline in gross bookings. It marked the first time that 'our core business is starting to exhibit normal seasonality. We're seeing this with a number of businesses... taking on characteristics of underlying business as they mature,' said Dara Khosrowshahi, chief financial officer. "
InterActiveCorp also said it expects an operating profit before amortization of about $1 billion, at the low end of its original expectation between $1 billion and $1.2 billion.
